知识联盟中知识结构排序的演化过程研究——以许继集团知识联盟为例

ON THE EVOLUTIONARY PROCESS OF KNOWLEDGE STRUCTURE IN KNOWLEDGE ALLIANCE——Taking for example the Knowledge Alliance in XJ Group

基于知识联盟和知识排序提出理论分析框架,以许继集团知识结构排序的演化过程为案例,引用物理学中的串联和并联概念,提出两种基本知识结构:知识并联结构和知识串联结构,并在两种基本知识结构的基础上衍生出了知识再并联结构和知识再串联结构,构建了知识联盟的知识结构排序演化模型,探究知识联盟各知识主体间知识结构排序的动态演化过程与内在机制。研究表明,在知识联盟的不同阶段,知识结构排序是不断变化的。

The paper presents a theoretical analysis framework based on knowledge alliance and knowledge ranking, cites the case of the evolutionary process of knowledge structure sorting of XJ Group, refers to the concept of series and parallel in physics and puts forward two basic knowledge structure： knowledge structure of parallel connection and knowledge structure of series connection, and knowledge structure of parallel reconnection and series reconnection are derived from the two basic knowledge structures above, constructing a evolution model of knowledge structure sorting of knowledge alliance and exploring the dynamic evolution process and the internal mechanism of the knowledge structure ranking among the knowledge alliance. The research shows that knowledge structure is constantly changing in different stages of knowledge alliance. The study not only enriches the related theory of knowledge alliance, but also provides a useful reference for enterprises.
