战略联盟与创业型中小企业成长的关系研究——以北京小米科技为例

RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRATEGIC ALLIANCE AND THE GROWTH OF ENTREPRENEURIAL-TYPED SMALL & MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES——A Case Study of Xiaomi Technology

创业型中小企业数量多、分布广、经营灵活、充满生气,其健康发展对于增加就业、促进社会的和谐稳定具有极为重要的意义。从战略联盟视角出发,在系统总结战略联盟已有相关理论成果的基础上,对创业型中小企业的概念进行界定,对战略联盟与创业型中小企业的关系进行定性研究。通过理论文献分析和实践案例分析相结合的方法总结企业战略联盟的动因,以期为企业资源与发展能力的匹配、发展战略的制定与实施提供理论指导,也为创业型中小企业成长和发展提供现实的借鉴。

There are numerous entrepreneurial-typed small and medium-sized enterprises that are widely distributed and full of vitality and the operation of these enterprises is very flexible, and their healthy development is of great significance to increasing employment and promoting social harmony and stability. However, only a small number of them can survive and grow up. The paper defines the concept of entrepreneurial-typed small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of strategic alliance based on a systematic summary of the relevant theoretical results of strategic alliance and conducts qualitative research on the relationship between strategic alliances and entrepreneurial small and medium-sized enterprises. The article summarizes the motives for enterprise strategic alliance through an analysis of theoretical literature and practical cases in order to provide theoretical guidance for the matching of resources and development capacity of enterprises and for the formulation and implementation of development strategy. It also provides a realistic reference for the growth and development of the entrepreneurial small and medium-sized enterprises.
