反刍专用酵母对泌乳高峰期奶牛消化率和产奶量的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Special Yeast for Ruminant Animal on Digestion and Milk Production of Dairy Cows in Peak Lactation

摘要 本试验旨在研究泌乳高峰期奶牛日粮中添加反刍专用酵母对奶牛消化率和产奶量的影响。选取泌乳高峰期奶牛56头进行饲养试验,按照初始产奶量、泌乳天数、胎次相近的原则,将试验牛随机分为酵母组和对照组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,酵母组在对照组基础上添加反刍专用酵母20g/(头·d),试验共持续27d(预试期6d,正式期21d)。结果显示:1在粪样取样量相同的情况下,酵母组第一层粗饲料残留量降低了38.59%、棉籽+碎玉米颗数明显减少,对照组无明显变化;2饲喂反刍专用酵母21d后,试验组产奶量较对照组高出1.14kg/(头·d),每天每头多增加2.81元收入。综上所述,添加反刍专用酵母可以有效改善饲草料消化率,促进营养物质消化吸收,提高泌乳高峰期奶牛单产水平,增加经济效益。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of ruminant-specific yeast on high yield lactating cow's digestion rate and milk yield. Totally 56 Holstein lactating dairy cows with similar parity, lactating days and milk production were divided into two groups, the yeast group and the control group.The yeast group was added 20g of specialized yeast per cow per day. The result showed that, (1) With the same amount of manure sample, the roughage residue from yeast group has been reduced 38.59% and kernels of cotton seeds and maize seeds has been greatly reduced. The result from contrast group showed no change. (2) After 21 days fed with the yeast, the milk production from yeast group has been increased 1.14kg per cow compared with the contrast group. The revenue have increased RMB 2.81 per cow per day. In conclusion, adding the yeast can effectively improve the digestion of fodder crops and digestion of nutrients in the feed and also can increase milk production per cow at peak lactation period. Therefore the economic benefit has also increased.
