四川某规模化奶牛场乳成分变化规律及相关性分析

The Variability and Correlation Analyasis of Milk Composition in a Large-scale Dairy Farm in Sichuan Province

本研究测定了四川某规模化奶牛场头胎荷斯坦牛泌乳初期的常规乳成分,分析了该牧场不同泌乳阶段常规乳成分变化以及不同乳成分之间的相关性,以期为该奶牛场实际生产提供科学的指导。结果表明,该奶牛场的牛奶品质良好,不同泌乳阶段的乳成分差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),各乳成分含量变化密切相关。

Milk component content of Holstein cows in the first parity in a large-scale dairy farm in Sichuan province were detected in current study. The quality, variability and correlation of milk compositions were analyzed, which was aimed to improve the management in dairy productive practice. The results showed that： the milk was in high quality in this dairy farm, and the effect of different lacation stage on milk composition was significent （P〈0.05）,and the changes in each componet content in milk was closely related.
