利多卡因气雾麻醉在胃镜检查中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Lidocaine Aerosol in Gastroscopy

目的:研究与探讨利多卡因气雾在胃镜检查中的临床应用效果,并评估其安全性及患者满意度。方法:选取2016年7-9月本院收治的行普通胃镜检查的168例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。观察组患者检查前行利多卡因气雾麻醉,对照组胃镜检查前口服胃镜胶常规局麻,比较胃镜检查时两组患者的一般生命体征、一次进镜成功率、检查时间、不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果:两组检查前后HR、SBP差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.02、0.03)。观察组一次进镜成功率为85.7%,明显高于对照组的60.7%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02)。两组平均检查时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.1%,低于对照组的29.8%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组患者的满意度为70.2%,高于对照组患者的33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜检查前予以患者利多卡因气雾局麻临床效果佳,可有效提高胃镜检查成功率,减少术中不良反应,是一种更为有效安全及舒适的胃镜术前检查用药,患者满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of Lidocaine Aerosol in gastroscopy,and assess its safety and patients＇ satisfaction.Method：168 patients who underwent general gastroscopy in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2016 were selected as the research objects,according to random number table,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,84 cases in each group.The control group was given local anesthesia by oral Endoscopic Glue before examination,the experimental group was anesthetized with Lidocaine Aerosol.The general vital sign,one-time gastroscopy implantation success rate,examination time,adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction during gastroscopy of the two groups were compared.Result：Before and after examination,the HR difference ans SBP difference of the two groups,the differences were statistically significant（P=0.02,0.03）.The one-time gastroscopy implantation success rate of the observation group was 85.7%,which was significantly higher than 60.7% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.02）.There was no significant difference in average examination time between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidenceof adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.1%,which was lower than 29.8% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.002）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 70.2%,higher than 33.3% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Gastroscopy to clinical outcome in patients with local anesthesia of lidocaine aerosol is good,can effectively improve the success rate of gastroscopy,reduce the adverse reactions during the operation,is a more effective and safe and comfortable gastroscope examination before treatment,patients with higher satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical application.
