玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果及对膝关节功能的影响

The Clinical Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Diprospan in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis and the Impact on Function of Knee Joint

目的:探索玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果及对患者膝关节功能的影响。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年4月经本院临床确诊后进行治疗的98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为临床研究对象,根据就诊顺序按单双号分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组(单号)仅给予玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组(双号)应用玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗,分析比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=8.32,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=2.10,P>0.05);治疗后,两组的VAS评分均明显低于治疗前(t=6.78、8.37,P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.86,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.62,P>0.05);治疗后,两组的Lysholm膝关节功能评分均明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.83、8.87,P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果确切,能够有效减轻患者疼痛,改善其膝关节功能,值得临床借鉴和推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Diprospan in treatment of knee osteoarthritis and the impact on function of knee joint.Method：98 cases diagnosed of knee osteoarthritis after treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected as clinical research objects,according to the treatment sequence number,they were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group（odd number） was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate only,the observation group（double number） applied Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Diprospan,the clinical effect of the two groups were analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 93.88%,significant higher than 71.43% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2=8.32,P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups（t=2.10,P〈0.05）;after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（t=6.78,8.37,P〈0.05）,and the observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（t=7.86,P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the difference of Lysholm knee function scores between two groups was not statistically significant（t=1.62,P〈0.05）;after treatment,the Lysholm knee function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（t=6.83,8.87,P〈0.05）,and the observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Diprospan has definite effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve the function of knee,it is worthy of clinical reference and application.
