血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白在支气管哮喘病情发生发展中的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨支气管哮喘病情发生发展中血清TNF-α和hs-CRP的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:根据支气管哮喘定义筛选支气管哮喘急性发作期患者46例纳入研究,并选择同期健康体检者40例纳入正常对照组,以上入选者全部进行血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平测定,同时进行基础肺功能指标的检测,比较哮喘患者与正常对照组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP表达水平的差异性并评价其与肺功能的相关性。结果:支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),经阶段性标准治疗进入临床缓解期后,支气管哮喘患者血清TNF-α和hs-CRP水平表达均有不同程度降低(P<0.05),但较正常对照组仍升高(P<0.05);同时,本组相关性分析显示哮喘急性发作期患者血清TNF-α水平表达与hs-CRP呈显著正相关(P<0.05),TNF-α、hs-CRP水平与相关肺功能指标(FEV1%和FEV1/FVC%)均呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α与hs-CRP的表达在支气管哮喘发病机制中起着很重要的作用,可作为评估支气管哮喘病情发展及控制的关联指标,上述指标的动态联检对哮喘疾病预测及病情进展的评估有重要意义。
