摘要
普通教育与远程教育分离与对立由来已久。在建构终身学习体系和日益发展社会人的教育需求下,要求普通教育与远程教育相互依存、相互促进,在实践中运用对方长处,完善学习者学习方式,促进终身学习社会学习者学习能力的提升。一体化课程旨在提供各有侧重、相互联系和相互衔接且具有相关性、协同性和使用通道便捷的课程资源,由于其面向共同的后现代学习者,适应没有区别的普通教育与远程教育的学习方式,是普通教育与远程教育融入终身学习体系的标志,具有消弭普通教育与远程教育对立的价值。
The divergences and opposites between general education and distance are long-standing. In order to construct a life- long learning system and meet the increasingly need of cultivating social beings, the two kinds of educations should be inter-dependent and mutual promoting. In another words, it's essential to take the advantages of each other and to perfect the learning ways to promote learners' abilities in a lifelong learning society. Integrated curriculum aims to provide inter-connected and inter-linked but differently concentrated resources which are cooperative and simple to use. As these resources are born to face common post-modern learners and suit a compound learning method of general education and distance education, they indicate that the integrated curriculum is valuable in removing the opposites between general education and distance education, which also could promote the integration of the two into the lifelong learning system.
