根据网络法学课程实践教学的特点,针对不同性质和内容的课程,进行教学方式创新探索和试验,可分别采用网上"案例讨论式"教学、网络模拟法庭教学和"法律诊所"式网上教学等师生互动方式。为了强化教学效果,要根据教学目标和任务,精心设计教学方案,细化实施步骤和方法,把握关键内容和因素,突出重点环节,强化师生互动。

According to the characteristics of the law practice network course, and the different natures and contents of different courses, teaching method innovation exploration and experiment could be carried out. The online case discussion-based teaching, network moot court teaching and ＂legal clinic＂ could be carried out as interaction between teachers and students. In order to strengthen the teaching effect, it＇s of great importance to design teaching plan, elaborate detailed implementation steps and method according to the teaching objectives and tasks, to grasp the key content and factors, to highlight the key link, and to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students.
