摘要
从种质资源的收集整理,核心种质库的构建,亲本材料的研究创制,自交后代综合抗性的胁迫选择,自交系材料早代鉴定,组合的多点鉴定,杂交种子繁殖,配套栽培技术研究、示范与推广以及亲本材料的群体改良等方面对‘驻椒21’选育策略进行了全面回顾。同时,针对辣椒育种的现状和所面临的挑战,从种质资源的创制、抗病育种、抗逆育种和基因组学利用等方面对辣椒育种中的问题进行了探讨。
The comprehensive review of breeding strategies of 'Zhujiao 21', including the collection of germplasm resources, the establishment of core germplasm resources repository, the creation of parent materials, the choice of comprehensive resistance of high generation lines against stress, the identification of early generation inbred lines material, muhipoint identification of hybridized combination, the propagation of hybrid lines, the development of supporting cultivation technology, the demonstration and extension, and the population improvement of parent material of 'Zhujiao 21'. Meanwhile, according to the present status and future challenges of pepper breeding, several solutions are discussed in this paper, involving the creation of germplasm resources, resistance breeding, stress resistance breeding , genomics application and so on.
