摘要
桥梁静载试验是判断桥梁结构在荷载作用下是否满足其工作性能的重要手段,而主缆钢丝绳索力测试是桥梁静载试验的重要组成部分。现以兰州市杨家湾吊桥静载试验的实际案例为依托,阐述了静载试验中主缆索力测试的测设原理、测点布置方法、试验荷载设计原理。通过对实测结果与有限元计算值的对比分析,结果表明:在恒载及车辆荷载作用下,主缆钢丝绳索力小于设计容许值,可满足汽-10级的承载力要求。
The static loading experiment of bridge is an important means to judge the bridge structure whether or not to satisfy its working performance under the loading action.And the cable force test of main steel cable is the important component of static loading experiment of bridge Now relying on the practical case of the static loading experiment of Yangjiawan Suspension Bridgein Lanzhou,the article sets forth the testing principle test point layout method and test loading design principle for the cable force test of the main load in the static loading experiment According to the comparison and analysis of the measured result and the finite element calculation value,the result shows that the cable force of main steel cable is less than the allowable value of design under the dead load and vehicle load,and can satisfy the bearing capacity of vehicle- 10 levels
