摘要
研究了不同调理剂对厌氧消化污泥生物干化效果的影响,分析了不同调理剂作用下生物干化产物的可利用性。研究结果表明,采用麸皮、秸秆或木屑和麸皮的混合物作为调理剂,经过18 d生物干化,含水率可从55%~65%降至27%~40%,堆体重量可减少42%~52%,其中,以麸皮作为调理剂,生物干化过程55℃以上高温维持时间最长,减量化效果最显著。但是,生物干化产物的可溶性盐浓度较高,腐熟度较低,尚不满足我国农用、园林绿化和林地用泥质标准的要求。
The influence of different amendments on biodrying effect of anaerobically digested sludge is studied,and the utilizability of biodrying products under the different amendments is analyzed.The results indicates that the water content rate of the mixture made of bran,straw or sawdust and bran as the amendment can be reduced from 55%□65%to 27%□40%and the heap weight can be reduced by 42%52%after 18- day biodrying in which the high temperature maintaining time over 550 C is longest and the reduction effect is most obvious by the bran as the amendment However,the soluble salt content of biodrying product is higher,while the maturity is lower,which cannot meet the requirements of sludge used for garden,agriculture and forest
