摘要 改进进螯合树脂塔前的盐水处理工艺和装置,在一次盐水装置加入新型药剂,使粗盐水中的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)近似完全反应,使一次盐水质量得到较大的改善,可有效降低树脂塔的运行负荷,延长其连续运行时间,拉长树脂塔再生周期,降低单位生产成本,缩减废水排放,解决了氯碱生产系统水平衡的瓶颈。 Improvements were carried out on the treatment process and devices for the brine fed to chelating resin tower. New type of reagent was added in primary brine device to make appropriately complete reaction of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the crude brine. Therefore, the quality of primary brine was improved greatly, the operating load of the resin tower reduced effectively, the continuous running time and regeneration cycle of the resin tower prolonged, the unit cost of production lowered, waste discharge reduced, and the bottleneck problem of water balance in chlor - alkali production system were solved.
