摘要
目的探讨癫痫发作后血浆酸性磷脂酸(AP)的动态变化与脑损伤的关系。方法选择小鼠120只,分为空白组6只,对照组24只(2个亚组各12只),癫痫组72只(全面性发作组和部分性发作组,2个亚组各36只),随机分组后,建立小鼠全面性发作模型(最大电休克法)及部分性发作模型(戊四唑化学诱导法),在痫性发作后3、6、12、24、48和72h心脏采血,测定血浆AP水平,并进行分析。结果癫痫组血浆AP水平较对照组升高[(3.33±0.96)μmol/L vs(0.93±0.12)μmol/L,P<0.05];全面性发作组与部分性发作组血浆AP水平无差异[(3.49±0.95)μmol/L vs(3.17±0.95)μmol/L,P=0.129];癫痫组血浆AP水平在痫性发作后3h开始升高,于24h内可达峰。结论血浆AP可能可以作为判断癫痫发作后脑损伤的早期指标,可能具有早期判断和评价癫痫发作的作用。
Objective To study the relation between plasma acidic phospholipid(AP)level and brain damage after epileptic attack.Methods 120 mice were divided into blank group(n=6),control group(n=24),and epilepsy group(n=72).An epileptic attack model of mice was established by maximal electroshock seizure test and a partial seizure model of mice was established by metrozol seizure test.The plasma AP levels was measured and analyzed.Results The plasma AP levels was significantly higher in epilepsy group than in control group(3.33±0.96μmol/L vs 0.93±0.12μmol/L,P〈0.05).No significant difference was found in plasma AP level between overall epileptic attack group and partial epileptic attack group(3.49±0.95μmol/L vs 3.17±0.95μmol/L,P=0.129).The AP level began to increase in epilepsy group at 3hafter seizure and reached its peak at 24 h.Conclusion Plasma AP level can be used as an early indicator of brain damage after seizure and plays a role in early diagnosis of epilectic attack.
