三阴性乳腺癌与PARP1表达相关性的Meta分析

Correlation between triple- negative breast cancer and PARP1 expression: A Meta-analysis

目的:评价PARP1(poly ADP-ribose polymerase 1)表达与三阴性乳腺癌的临床相关性。方法:计算机检索PUBMED、CNKI、万方数据库,同时辅助其他检索,收集所有关于PARP1在三阴性乳腺癌组织中表达关系的相关文献,应用Cochrane协作网Rev Man 5.2软件对满足条件的数据进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入5篇文献,共700例病人,其中三阴性乳腺癌331例,非三阴性乳腺癌369例。Meta分析结果显示:与非三阴性乳腺癌相比,PARP1在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达差异具有显著统计学意义(OR=3.24,95%CI:1.45~7.23,P=0.004)。结论:PARP1的表达与三阴性乳腺癌呈正相关关系,或可作为判断三阴性乳腺癌预后的指标,但仍需要大样本的随机对照试验进一步证实,三阴性乳腺癌患者常规检测PARP1具有一定的临床意义。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical correlation between PARP1 expression and triple- negative breast cancer. Methods： We searched Pub Med,CNKI,Wanfang Database and other searches to collect literatures about the PARP1 expression in triple- negative breast cancer. Statistical analyses were carried out by using Rev Man 5. 2 software. Results： Five literatures of eligible studies involving 700 cases,which including 331 triple- negative breast cancer patients and 369 non triple- negative breast cancer patients,met the inclusion criteria. Results of the Meta- analysis showed that the expression of PARP1 in triple- negative breast cancer was significantly different from that of non triple- negative breast cancer（ OR = 3. 24,95% CI： 1. 45 - 7. 23,P = 0. 004）. Conclusion： The expression of PARP1 was positively correlated with triple- negative breast cancer. It may be used as an indication to judge the prognosis of triple- negative breast cancer patients,but it still needs a large sample of randomized controlled trials for further study. Triple- negative breast cancer patients with conventional detection of PARP1 expression has some clinical significance.
