摘要 目的:检测抑凋亡蛋白Survivin与胸腺基质促淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)在子宫腺肌病中的表达,探讨Survivin与TSLP在子宫腺肌病发生发展中的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测子宫腺肌病中Survivin和TSLP的表达情况,分析两者与子宫腺肌病的关系。结果:Survivin在增生期和分泌期子宫腺肌病的表达,均高于正常子宫内膜,差异具有统计学意义(增生期t=20.239,P<0.01;分泌期t=17.852,P<0.01)。TSLP在增生期和分泌期子宫腺肌病的表达,均高于正常子宫内膜,差异具有统计学意义(增生期t=17.983,P<0.01;分泌期t=13.975,P<0.01)。在子宫腺肌病增生期和分泌期中Survivin与TSLP的表达呈现正相关(增生期r=0.732;分泌期r=0.716)。结论:子宫腺肌病患者的内膜组织中存在Survivin和TSLP的异常高表达,两者在子宫腺肌病的发生及发展过程中有着一定的联系。 Objective: To detect the expression of Survivin and TSLP in adenomyosis. To investigate the relationship between Survivin and TSLP in the development of adenomyosis. Methods: The expression of TSLP and Survivin in the patients with adenomyosis were detected by immunohistochemical method and analyze the relationship of them with the uterine gland. Results: The expression of Survivin in proliferative phase and secretory phase was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium,the difference was statistically significant( proliferative phase t = 20. 239,P〈0. 01,secretory phase t = 17. 852,P〈0. 01). The expression of TSLP in proliferative phase and secretory phase was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium,the difference was statistically significant( proliferative phase t= 17. 983,P〈0. 01,secretory phase t = 13. 975,P〈0. 01). The expression of and Survivin was positively correlated with the expression of TSLP in the proliferative phase and the secretory phase( proliferative phase r = 0. 732,secretory phase r = 0. 716). Conclusion: High expression of Survivin and TSLP in adenomyosis was found. There is a certain relationship between the two in the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
