脐带血间充质干细胞与肿瘤关系的研究进展

间充质干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化的能力,使用间充质干细胞治疗癌症的细胞疗法作为一种新兴的治疗方式显示了它的作用。不同组织来源的间充质干细胞具有不同的性质,然而,不同的间充质干细胞在抗癌的应用中并没有被完全研究透彻,间充质干细胞的来源不同,对肿瘤的作用不同。一些研究显示脐带来源的间充质干细胞可抑制恶性肿瘤细胞的生长,也有部分文献表明脐带血间充质干细胞促进恶性肿瘤细胞的生长侵袭。

Mesenchymal stem cells（ MSCs） possess self- renewal and multipotential differentiation abilities. Cell therapy using MSCs has been studied as a novel therapeutic approach for cancers that show their effection. MSCs from different tissues have different properties. However,the effect of different MSC properties on their application in anticancer therapies has not been thoroughly investigated. The anticancer therapeutic application of MSCs from different sources was different. Some studies showed that umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells can inhibit the growth of malignant tumors,however,part of the literatures showed that umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells promote the invasion and growth of malignant tumor cells.
