半挂车随动转向桥的波形压力轴承分析

摘要 选取半挂车第三轴质心和牵引座中心作为轨迹跟随研究对象,通过分析半挂汽车列车转向运动,建立牵引车前桥转角与随动桥转角的关系,基于空间摆线的波形压力轴承模型,对其进行满载应力应变分析,对随动轮的原地转向阻力矩进行分析,研究波形压力轴承低速的启锁力矩。 The basic structure and steering principle of the self-steering axle were introduced. The center of fifth-wheel and trailer third axle was adopted as the research objects of path-following. To research the exciting force of self-steering axle, the normal force and steering torque were researched and solved. The wave thrust washer models based on space cycloid were established, whose stress and deformation were analyzed in full load condition. The steering resisting torque of parking maneuver was analyzed. Finally, the lock-opening torque of wave thrust washer was analyzed when turning at low-speed.
