根据对商用汽车四点悬浮驾驶室悬置结构的设计和结合整车试验验证数据分析,提出了四点悬浮驾驶室横向稳定性计算模型,并通过悬置系统弹性元件抗侧倾角刚度的确定和例算分析,介绍了侧倾角的计算方法及其推荐阈值范围。
In accordance with the design of commercial vehicle four point suspension cabin structure and the analysis of the CBU road test data, it puts forward the calculation model of four point suspension cabin lateral stability, calculation method of roll angle, recommended threshold value of roll angle, confirmation of suspension system flexible components anti-roll angle stiffness and analysis of sample truck.
