老年肾癌与中青年肾癌临床资料对比

Comparison of clinical data of renal cell carcinoma between elderly and middle-aged and young patients

目的:探讨老年肾癌患者的临床特点,提高老年肾癌诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析2011年6月至2016年5月我院收治的113例老年(≥60岁)和107例中青年(<60岁)肾癌患者的临床病理资料并进行对比。结果:老年无症状肾癌患者比例显著低于中青年(P<0.01),老年肾癌病理分型中透明细胞癌3-4级比例显著高于中青年(P<0.01),老年肾癌患者的术中出血量和术后住院时间与中青年肾癌患者相比均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:老年肾癌患者有首发症状的较多,病理组织学分级进展型比例高,术中出血量和术后住院时间均高于中青年肾癌患者,健康体检及早期诊治能提高老年肾癌患者的生存质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with renal cell carcinoma（ RCC）,and to elevate the level of diagnosis and treatment of RCC in elderly patients. Methods： A retrospective analysis was performed in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2016,which contained 113 cases of elderly（ ≥60 years old） and 107 cases of middle-aged and youth（ 60 years old）. Compared and analyzed the clinical and pathological data of these patients with RCC. Results： The proportion of asymptomatic RCC elderly patients was significantly lower than that in the middle and young age（ P〈0. 01）. Elderly patients＇ clear cell carcinoma grade 3-4 ratio was significantly higher than that in middle-aged and youth（ P〈0. 01）. The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospitalization time of elderly patients with RCC was significantly different between that in middle-aged and young patients with RCC（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： More elderly patients with RCC had first symptoms,higher progressive histopathological grading,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospitalization time than middle-aged and young patients. Physical examination and early diagnosis and treatment can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with RCC.
