摘要
尿酸的升高对机体造成潜在风险并易引起痛风及其并发症。雉科鸟类为典型的森林地栖鸟类,圈养条件下其尿酸水平如何是否存在潜在风险还未见报道。鉴于此,本研究采用ELISA技术对北京动物园4属8种的雉科鸟类进行血清尿酸含量测定。结果表明:(1)鹇属、锦鸡属、角雉属、马鸡属的成年个体血尿酸值均高于8 mg/dL,与此同时,各属鸟类的血尿酸含量无显著差异;(2)相同属内不同种间鸟类血尿酸含量存在显著或极显著差异;(3)成年雄性鸟类的血尿酸含量显著低于成年雌性鸟类;(4)亚成体白鹇血尿酸含量显著低于成年白鹇。可见,圈养雉科鸟类血尿酸含量与其种别属、性别、年龄有关。
Increased serum uric acid levels can cause potential risk to health,especially gout and associated complications.Pheasants are typical forest terrestrial birds but there are few reports on their uric acid levels and the potential survival risk to captive pheasants.We investigated the serum uric acid levels of eight species of four genera(Lophura,Chrysolopus,Tragopan and Crossoptilon) of pheasants in Beijing Zoo.The results were as follows:(1) serum uric acid concentrations were 8 mg/d L in adult birds of all four genera and no significant differences were observed among them;(2) the serum uric acid concentrations of adult birds of different species of the same genera differed significantly or extremely significantly;(3) the serum uric acid concentrations in male adult pheasants were significantly lower than in females;(4) the serum uric acid concentrations of sub-adult silver pheasant were significantly lower than in adult silver pheasant.In conclusion,serum uric acid levels of captive Phasianidae were correlated with their species,sex and age.
