针对地方高校计算机专业存在的问题,以莆田学院计算机专业人才培养方案为例,探讨计算机专业人才培养模式的改革,面向市场需求的计算机专业课程体系建设,形成2+1+1的人才培养方案。实践表明,通过该模式培养的学生专业技术实践能力和就业能力得到提升。

Aiming at the existing problem of local university computer professional, takes computer professional talent training mode of Putian Uni-versity as an example, probes into the reformation of the computer professional talents training mode, the construction of computer cur-riculum system oriented to market demand, forms 2＋1＋1 talent training mode. Practice shows that through the training mode can improve students＇ professional practical ability and employment ability.
