毕业设计成绩管理是高校教学管理工作的一个重要环节,针对传统的毕业设计成绩总评表制作方法存在耗时费力和容易出错等问题,通过分析毕业设计成绩管理的现状以及Word的邮件合并功能,然后将其运用于大学生毕业设计成绩管理中,并对其实现方法和步骤进行实验验证。实践结果表明,该方法可行,可以大大地提高工作效率,对大学生毕业设计成绩管理具有长远的实用意义。

Management of graduation project is an important link of teaching management in colleges and universities. It is time-consuming and er-ror prone in traditional method for overall results table. Analyzes the status quo of graduation project management and the mail merge function of Word, which is applied to the undergraduate project management. And then carries out the realization method and steps by experiments. Practice results show that, this method is feasible, which can greatly enhance the work efficiency and has a long-term prac-tical significance on college students graduation project management.
