摘要
企业知识是企业生产力要素和重要的战略资产、智慧资本,是企业最为核心的无形资产,企业对知识管理和应用能力直接影响到企业的技术创新能力和可持续发展水平。在研究和分析企业知识管理体系理论的基础上,结合东莞供电局的对知识管理的实际应用需求,探讨并提出电力企业知识分类体系,以及如何在电力企业建立并推行知识管理体系,为进一步提升企业知识管理和应用水平提供新的思路。
The knowledge is the productivity elements of enterprise, is smart and important, and also is core of enterprise intangible assets. Enter-prise knowledge management capability directly affects the enterprise＇s innovation and sustainable development ability. Based on the re-search and analysis of the theory of enterprise knowledge management system, combining the actual application requirements of the Dongguan power supply bureau, discusses the power enterprise knowledge classification system, and how to establish and implement knowledge management system in the power enterprise, in order to further enhance the level of enterprise knowledge management and ap-plication to provide new ideas.
