摘要
炎症性肠病为一类慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,肠道黏膜免疫系统异常反应在炎症性肠病发病机制中发挥重要作用。辅助性T细胞17(T helper17 cell,Th17)可介导慢性炎症和自身免疫性疾病的发生,调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)有抑制自身免疫的功能,Th17/Treg细胞平衡是维持肠道免疫稳态的重要因素。抗原提呈细胞、微生物、一些关键分子、天然化合物可以调节Th17/Treg平衡,从而为治疗炎症性肠病提供新的方法。
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)is characterized by chronic non-specific inflammatory disease. The inflammation caused by abnormal immune response in intestinal mucosa exerts an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD. T helper 17 cells (Th17)are involved in the development of chronic inflammation and autoimmune disease, whereas regulatory T cells can inhibit the function of autoimmune, and thus the balance of Th17/Treg balance plays an important role in intestinal homeostasis. Various strategies can be done to modulate Th17/Treg balance, such as antigen-presenting ceils, microoganisms, some key molecules, natural compounds, proving a promising therapeutic method for IBD.
