摘要
针对压裂返排液成分复杂、黏度高、危害性大、处理难度及成本高等特点,在调研了国内外压裂液返排处理技术的基础上,结合羟丙基瓜胶压裂返排液的特点和压裂生产场所分散不固定的特点,研发了压裂返排液可移动式处理装置。该装置根据处理方式划分为四大模块,处理工艺流程为预处理模块→固相处理模块→硼处理模块→药剂处理模块。经多次实验证明,由该工艺处理后的返排液水质指标完全符合回配压裂液的水质要求,返排液再配压裂液基本满足压裂施工要求,并已成功应用于压裂施工现场。该处理工艺操作性强、成本低、效果好,实现了返排压裂液不落地和回收再利用,节约了水资源,减少了环境污染。
The components of Fracturing flow back fluid is complex, which is high viscosity and great harmful with dealing elifficulty and high cost. Asa result, on the basis oFthe treatment technologies research of the flowback Fracturing fluid abroad and at home, combined with the characteristics of the HPG flowback Fracturing fluid and the location scattering of the Fracturing, the mobility treatment equipment ofthe Fracturing flowback was manufactured, which was divided into Four parts due to its procedure, namely preprocess→solid filtration→Boron ion removal→chemical process. AFter repeated experiments, the water quality index of the flowback completely correspond with quality For making up Fracturing fluid, which could satisfy With the condition For Fracturing, and successfully applied in Fracturing treatment. The process, which is maneuverable, inexpensive, and eFFective, made it reality that the Fracturing fluid flowback recycle and reuse, saving water, and decreasing the environment pollution.
