摘要 以定靖三线混合原油-2为例,分别利用搅拌器和流变仪对加剂原油进行高速剪切,考察高速剪切过程中温度、强度、时间三个因素对原油凝点和表观黏度影响规律,并对比分析搅拌器高速剪切和流变仪高速剪切的异同。研究表明,长时间或低温下的高速剪切对加剂原油改性效果影响较大,而短时间内剪切强度的变化对其影响较小,流变仪高速剪切的实验结果滞后于搅拌器剪切;因此管输过程中应尽量避免原油经受长时间或低温下的高速剪切,降凝剂加注位置可选在离心泵前。 The mixed crude oil-2 in Dingjing Three Pipeline is taken as an example. The stirrer and rheometer are usecl to do high-speed shear to crude oil with depressant, and then influence rules of the temperature, intension and time are studied through condensation point and apparent viscosity. At the same time, the similarities and differencesofhigh-speed shear by the stirrer and rheometer are compared and analyzed. The research shows that in a long time or at low temperatures, high-speed shear has a big effect on the rhealogicalbehavior of crude oilwith depressant, and in a short time the effect is not that much. Furthermore, the experimental result of the rheometer goes behind that of the stirrer. So during the transportation process of the pipeline, the high-speed shear to crude oil in a long time or at low temperatures should be avoided, and the injection position of the depressant should be chosen in front of the centrifugal pump.
