油井清防蜡技术在坪北油田的发展与应用

Progress and Application of Oil Well Paraffin-removing Technology in Pingbei Oilfield

油井清防蜡是保证油井正常运行、降低抽油机负荷、节能降耗、延长油井免修期的重要维护措施。坪北油田属于"低压、低渗、低产"高含蜡油藏,清防蜡工艺通过不断地实践与改进,改进后的超导热洗配套使用刮蜡杆技术对类似坪北油田的结蜡井具有良好的清防蜡效果。

Oil well paraffin--removing operation is an important maintenance measure for reducing oil pumping unit load, saving energy and prolonging the workover intervals. Oil well paraffin--removing technology has been improving through practice to keep the normal development of Pingbei Oilfield which is high wax--bearing oil reservoir featured by low pressure, low permeability and low yield. Better paraffin--removing result can be achieved by using improved superconduction thermal washing together with paraffin--scraping rod technology for paraffin--troubled wells in such oilfields as Pingbei Oilfield.
