网络思想政治教育理念是网络思想政治教育研究的重要范畴,它具有内容来源客观、存在形式抽象、内容本质发展等特征,内在地包含了理论和实践双重价值。从理论层面看,网络思想政治教育理念不仅是网络思想政治教育理论创生的源头,而且是网络思想政治教育理论研究的重要对象和研究工具;从实践层面来看,网络思想政治教育理念不仅是网络思想政治教育实践工作者的学习对象和努力方向,而且是网络思想政治教育过程的监控工具以及网络思想政治教育实践效果检验标准。

Concept of network ideological and political education is an important category of network ideological and politi- cal education, it has the content source objectivity, abstraction features such as nature, content development. It also in- herently contains value in theory and practice.
