摘要
教师队伍的工作积极性是学校教学发展的重要保障环节。在高职院校的教师队伍建设中,借助美国心理学家赫茨伯格提出的双因素激励理论,针对当前高职教师工作中存在的激励因素和保健因素,构建高职院校教师职业规划体系,增强教师的积极性和满意度。
It is self-evident that teachers work enthusiasm is the guarantee for colleges teaching de- velopment. During constructing vocational colleges teacher teams, it is useful for getting the help of A- merican psychologist Herzberg's two-factor incentive theory. In view of the existing in current voca- tional teachers work motivation factors and hygiene factors, it is essential to establish teachers career planning system in vocational colleges. The purpose is to enhance teachers enthusiasm and satisfaction.
