高职电子技术专业人才培养方案的设计与实施——以娄底职业技术学院为例

The Design and Implementation of Cultivating Electronic Technology Talents in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Loudi Vocational & Technical Collge as an Example

以培养高素质技能型人才为目标,通过调研、探讨,确定了娄底职业技术学院应用电子技术专业毕业生的就业面向;分析其职业岗位任职要求,确定了人才培养目标;通过分析典型工作任务与职业能力要求,构建了科学的课程体系;对人才培养方案的实施从师资队伍配置、实验实训条件、课程资源开发、人才培养模式等方面提出了具体要求,并为保障人才培养方案的顺利实施制定了相关保障措施。

It is important to cultivate high-quality skilled talents by means of the investigation and study in order to determine the direction for applied electronic technology specialty graduates employ- ment. Also, it is necessary to analyze the professional requirements, based on the cultivation program. The purpose is to build a scientific curriculum system which can optimize teachers configuration, im- prove experimental and training conditions, develop curriculum resources, and reform talent cultivation model. Finally, the paper, puts forward some specific recommendations.
