高职女生宿舍文化与人际关系的研究

Research on Dormitory Culture and Strengthening Female Students Interpersonal Relationship in Vocational Colleges

高职女生不同于大学本科女生,她们具有其独特的性格特点。加强高职女生宿舍文化研究,加强高职女生人际关系的教育引导非常重要。本研究通过对武汉市4所高职院校女生调研发现,高职女生普遍对宿舍文化的认知存在偏差,对在宿舍中建立良好的人际关系的认知水平、实践能力非常不平衡,导致不少女生在宿舍的人际关系比较紧张,导致日常学习、生活受到影响,并提出了一些改进高职女生对宿舍文化认知,加强宿舍文化建设的意见和建议。

It is to find that vocational girl students are different from undergraduate girls since they have their own unique characteristics. On the other hand, It is very important to strengthen the research on dormito- ry culture of female students in vocational colleges and enhance the guidance of interpersonal relationship of fe- male students. The results from vocational colleges reveal that it seems that female students show some cogni- tive bias about the interpersonal relationship. In order to establish good interpersonal relationships in the dor- mitory, lack of practice ability may lead to tense relationship resulting in disharmonious daily study and life. Therefore, the paper puts forward some recommendations to improve female studentsrcognition of dormitory culture and strengthen the constructing dormitory culture.
