德国组态软件WinCC是在PC基础上的操作员监控系统软件或HMI,具有控制自动化过程的强大功能和极高性能价格比的SCADA级的操作监视系统,也是世界上最成功的3个SCADA系统之一。本文主要介绍如何以组态软件Wincc为核心,在孔雀开屏监控系统设计项目中,将PLC技术、变频器技术、工业以太网技术整合成一体,对孔雀机械装置实施从管理层到现场层一网到底的可视化集中控制的设计方法和步骤。

The German configuration software Wincc is an operator control system software or HMI which is based on the system of personal computer. There is no doubt that it has higher powerful func- tion and high price performance ratio in automatic process control than SCADA operation monitoring system level. On the other hand, it is also one of the worldrs most successful SCADA systems. There- fore, the paper mainly introduces how to use the configuration software Wincc as the core used for the design of a peacock project monitoring system, integrating PLC technology, converter technology and industrial Ethernet technology as a whole. Meanwhile, it is necessary to conduct the implementation and follow the steps of the design from the management to the scene layer network.
