摘要
目的基于护士长的个体和集体属性,建立护士长年度考核指标体系。方法在现状调研的基础上,运用文献分析,结合专家的意见构建初稿,通过2轮专家咨询对指标进行筛选和论证。结果形成的护士长考核指标体系包括2个一级指标:个人能力与团队业绩。每个一级指标下包含4个二级指标:行政管理或综合业绩、临床工作、教学培训、学术科研。体系共117个三级指标,其中15个条目只涉及个人能力维度,6个条目只涉及团队业绩维度,48个关联性条目同时涉及2个维度。结论基于护士长个体和集体属性构建的护士长考核指标体系具有较好的信效度,能为护士长年度考评提供科学依据。
Objective To develop performance evaluation index system for nursing managers based on the indi- vidual and collective identity attributes of the post. Methods According to the current situation,literature analysis and experts' suggestions,the first manuscript was constructed. After two-round Delphi consultation,the index system was finally developed. Results The performance evaluation index system included 2 first-level indicators:individual capability and team performance; 4 second-level indicators:administration management or comprehensive achievement, clinical work, education and training, academic research ; 117 third-level indicators, among which 15 relevant to individual capability,6 relevant to team performance and 48 relevant to both sides. Conclusion The performance evaluation index system for nursing manager is reliable and valuable. It could provide scientific evidence for the evaluation of nursing manager's performance.
