老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复运动对日常生活能力的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行康复运动对日常生活能力的影响。方法:选择60例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,随机均分为常规治疗组(常规慢性心力衰竭治疗和护理),和康复运动组(常规治疗组基础上进行康复运动),分别于入院时和治疗6周后对两组患者脑钠肽(BNP)水平、左室射血分数(LVEF)、日常生活能力和6min步行距离进行评价。结果:治疗6周后,两组BNP水平均明显降低,LVEF均明显提高,康复运动组6min步行距离和日常生活评分明显增加(P<0.05或<0.01);且与常规治疗组比较,康复运动组BNP[(525.3±113.2)pg/ml比(252.2±114.5)pg/ml]水平降低更显著,LVEF[(43.46±9.12)%比(47.24±8.46)%]、6min步行距离[(286.6±46.2)mm比(582.5±55.3)mm]和日常生活评分[(65.12±17.6)分比(82±14.8)分]明显增加(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:对老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行康复运动,能显著改善患者的心功能,提高患者的日常生活能力。 Objective: To explore influence of rehabilitation exercise on daily living capacity in aged patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: A total of 60 aged CHF patients were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group (received routine CHF treatment and nursingcare) and rehabilitation exercise group (received rehabilitation exercise based on routine treatmentgroup). Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), daily living capacity and 6min walking distance (6MWD) were measured and evaluated in both groups at hospitalization and six weeks after treatment. Results.. After six-month treatment, BNP level significantly reduced and LVEF significantly rose in both groups, and there were significant rise in 6MWD and daily riving score in rehabilitation exercise group, P〈0.05 or 〈0.01; compared with routine treatment group, there was signif-icant reduction in BNP level F (525.3 ±113.2) pg/ml vs. (252.2 ± 114. 5) pg/ml], and significant rise in LVEF [ (43.46±9.12)% vs. (47. 24±8.46)%], 6MWD[ (286.6±46.2) mmvs. (582.5±55.3) mm] and daily living score [ (65.12± 17.6) scores vs. (82± 14.8) scores] in rehabilitation exercise group, P〈0.05 or 〈0.01. Conclu- sion: Rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve heart function, raise daily living capacity in aged patients with chronic heart disease.
