动态心电图联合食道电生理检查诊断病窦综合征的价值

Diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram combined esophageal electrophysiological examination for sick sinus syndrome

目的:探讨动态心电图(DCG)联合食道电生理检查诊断病态窦房结综合征(SSS)的价值。方法:选择行DCG检查中24h平均心率<55次/min的,疑似SSS患者74例为研究对象,采用DCG检查后行食道电生理检查,观察单一检查与联合检查诊断SSS阳性率的差异。结果:DCG联合食道电生理检查诊断SSS的阳性率(97.3%)明显高于单项DCG检查的87.8%、食道电生理检查的86.5%,P均<0.05。结论:动态心电图检查与食道电生理检查相结合,从不同角度去评价窦房结功能,可显著提高病态窦房结综合征的诊断率。

Objective： To explore diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG） combined esophageal electrophysiological examination （EEE） for sick sinus syndrome （SSS）. Methods： A total of 74 cases suspecting SSS, who presented 24h mean heart rate 〈55 beats/min in DCG, were selected. After DCG examination, all subjects received EEE. Diagnostic value of single and combined examinations wereexplored. Results： Compared withthe SSS positive rate of single DCG and single EEE（87.8%, 86.5%）, theSSS positive rate of DCG combined EEE（97.3%） was significantly rose, P〈0.05 both. Conclusion： Dynamic electrocardiogram combined esophageal electrophysiological examination can evaluate sinus node function from different angles, which can significantlyincrease SSS diagnose rat.
