《周易》哲学观对中医辨证论治原则和方法影响刍议

Influence of Changes' philosophy on the principles and methodology of treatment based on syn-drome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine

该文从整体观、运动(变易)观、阴阳平衡观三个方面阐释《周易》哲学观对辨证论治原则和方法的影响:第一,在天地人三才统一的整体观影响下,证反映整体功能反应状态的失调;辨证论治时强调三因治宜,具体的方药也渗透天地人三才统一的思想。第二,中医学对病证的认识几乎处处体现了运动(变易)思维的指导,总结疾病的演变规律构建了六经辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证等辨证方法体系;《周易》运动的"圜道"特性也在中医辨证有所体现。第三,《周易》学的阴阳平衡论,对中医疾病诊治起着重要的启示和决定作用。总之,《周易》哲学观对中医辨证论治原则和方法的影响是全方位、深刻的。

The paper discussed the influence of Book of Changes＇ philosophy on the principles and methodology of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine from three aspects： Firstly, in the influence of the View of Holism, the syndrome reflected the disorder of the whole functional. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to three categories of etiologic factors and the treatment should according to the principle. Secondly, the knowledge of disease and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine including Syndrome Differentiation of Six Meridians, wei-qi-ying-xue syndrome differentiation, Triple Energizer syndrome differentiation were almost always under the guidance of View of Motion. The Circularity Character of Motion was illustrated in the syndrome differentiation. Thirdly, the View of Balance between yin and yang influenced the treatment principles and prescription medications of traditional Chinese medicine. In all, the philosophy view in Book of Changes had comprehensive and profound influence on the syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.
