开颅手术结合尼莫地平临床治疗高血压脑出血的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of craniotomy combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨开颅手术结合尼莫地平临床治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法:收集近几年我院接诊的患者,分为研究组(治疗方案为开颅手术结合尼莫地平)和对照组(治疗方案为开颅手术),每组40例。对比1两组出血部位、出血至手术时间及出血量。2两组治疗前治疗3个月神经功能缺损评分。结果:1两组出血部位、出血至手术时间及出血量比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。2两组治疗前神经功能缺损评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗3个月神经功能缺损评分比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:开颅手术结合尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血疗效肯定,能够改善患者术后神经功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of craniotomy combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：the patients in our hospital were collected in recent years. The patients were divided into two groups：40 case the study group（the treatment plan was combined with nimodipine） and 40 case the control group. Comparison 1 of the two groups of bleeding site,bleeding to the operation time and the amount of bleeding. 2 the two groups before treatment in March nerve function defect score. Results：1there was no difference in bleeding site,bleeding time and bleeding volume between the two groups（P〉0.05）.2there were no differences in the scores of the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）; the two groups were compared with the scores of neurological deficit scores（P〈0.05） in March. Conclusion：craniotomy combined with nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage curative effect,can improve the postoperative neurological function.
