摘要
GIS(Gas Insulated Substation)盆式绝缘子广泛应用于电力系统,长时间使用会产生结构损伤.本文提出了一种基于Lamb波的主动激励盆式绝缘子损伤监测方法,研究了Lamb波激励信号产生、Lamb波响应信号拾取及处理方法,设计了监测系统并进行了实验研究.实验结果表明本文提出的方法可以监测出盆式绝缘子表面深度为1 mm的微小裂纹以及盆式绝缘子表面微小附着物.
GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) basin insulator widely used in power systems, prolonged application can produce structural damage. This paper proposes a damage detection method for GIS basin insulator based on active excited Lamb wave. Study the method to produce Lamb wave signal, to pick up Lamb wave signal, to deal with Lamb wave signal. The monitoring system was designed and conducted experiments. Experimental results show that the proposed method can monitor the basin depth of lmm insulator surface micro cracks and small bowl insulator surface attachment.
