铜冶炼企业安全风险管控信息系统的构建

随着我国经济持续快速发展,铜冶炼工艺及设备不断引进与革新,铜冶炼企业大小事故频发显然无法满足企业安全生产需求.本文以J铜冶炼企业为实例,根据企业现状和实地调研考察,选择适用的风险辨识方法,系统全面辨识整个生产作业过程的安全风险,构建企业安全风险信息数据库,并进行常态化的动态更新管理,确保安全风险信息的有效性.通过企业安全风险信息数据库的应用,结合企业实际需求开发适用性与可操作性强的安全风险管控工具,同时研发安全风险管控信息系统,实现传统安全管理资料与信息系统的对接,在提高企业安全管理水平的同时促进企业信息化管理.

As the sustained and rapid growth of social economy, the process and equipment of copper smelting is updating constantly, but the situation of frequent accidents is obviously unable to meet the enterprise＇s demand about safety production. Taking J copper smelting enterprise as an example, based on the research of current situation, we choose the suitable risk identification methods to identify the safety risks of the production operation process systematically and comprehensively. Then we build enterprise safety risk information database and manage the normalized dynamic update to make sure that it is effective. Through the application of the enterprise safety risk information database, we develop the safety risk control tools of high applicability and operability based on the enterprise actual demand, and complete the research and development of the enterprise safety risk information system at the same time to realize enterprise safety management by information system.
