摘要
当前部分高职院校依然存在"重理论、轻实践"的现象,导致学生的整体动手能力较差。为了能够改变汽车专业学生动手能力差的现状,可借鉴德国"双元制"人才培养模式,在重视学生专业知识教育的同时,加强对学生进行实践能力的培养,使学生能够同时具备理论知识与操作技能。
At present the phenomenon of valuing theory while ignoring practice still exists in some higher vocational colleges, and this leads to the poor operational ability of students. In order to change the status quo, it draws lessons from the German "dual system" training mode. While attaching great importance to the students' professional knowledge education, it should strengthen the cultivation of practical ability, so that the students can have both theoretical knowledge and operational skills.
