在现代学徒制的背景下,为了保证老年服务与管理专业学生专业技能得到应有的训练,通过文献和比较其他院校的做法,可以看出老年服务与管理专业实训基地建设应当包括老年护理实训室、康复理疗实训室、老人活动室和养老机构模拟实训室等,以承担校内实训功能,培养学生的技能。

Under the background of the modem apprenticeship, to ensure the students of elderly service and management major to get due training in professional skills, referring to related documents and praetice of other eoUeges, the practical training base construction of elderly service and management major should include nursing care training room, rehabilitation therapy training room, elderly activity room, the simulation training room of elderly care institution, undertake the campus practical training and cultivate the students＇ professional skills.
