创新创业为导向的高职院校人才培养模式研究

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship

高等职业院校应面向市场需求,立足岗位职责,强调素质教育,突出能力本位,贯彻创新理念,以培养具备创新创业能力的应用型人才为职责所在。为此,各院校应该从树立创新创业人才培养的教育理念、准确定位高职院校以创新创业为导向的人才培养目标、构建以创新创业为导向的课程体系、完善以创新创业为导向的人才评价方式、组建创新创业型专兼职师资团队、建立创新创业人才培养的保障机制等方面进行人才培养模式的研究。

Higher vocational colleges need to meet the requirements of the market, focus on the quality-oriented education based on job responsibilities, highlight the ability and implement the innovative concept. Higher vocational education should aim at cultivating high quality talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability. To do research on talent cultivation mode, higher vocational colleges should cover the following aspects： establishing the education idea of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training, positioning the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges accurately, setting up the curriculum system of innovation and entreprenenrship, improving the talent evaluation mode guided by innovation and entrepreneurship, organizing innovative and entrepreneurial teaching team of full-time and part-time teachers as well as security mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training.
