以高职学生的学风现状为研究基础,对影响学风建设良性发展的因素进行分析,从"全员育人"的教育视角思考,对如何建立高职院校优良的学风进行探索,将"全员育人"理念融入学风建设工作中,夯实思想教育,建立长效的学风制度、完善育人机制、打造优质校园文化和学术氛围。

Based on the research into the present situation oF higher vocational student＇s study style, it analyzes the factors influencing the benign development of study style construction, reflects from the perspective of all-staff cultivation, explores how to establish good study style in higher vocational colleges, integrates the concept into the study style construction, strengthens the ideological educat/on, establishes a long-term study style system, improves the educational mechanism, and builds high quality campus culture and academic atmosphere.
