宿舍是高职学生在学校生活的重要场所之一,宿舍文化主要是指宿舍各成员之间共同生活、学习中的一种生活环境和文化氛围,是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。良好的宿舍文化环境不仅有助于学生的成长、成才,也有助于优良学风、校风的形成。本文通过对高职学生宿舍文化现状的分析,揭示出积极向上的宿舍文化对学生成才的积极作用,并从加强管理队伍建设、发挥效应榜样,以及结合职业特色加强宿舍物质文化建设等方面入手,对如何加强高职宿舍文化建设的相关问题进行探讨。

The dormitory is one of the important places for higher vocational students in school life, dormitory culture mainly refers to the living environment and cultural atmosphere for members of a dormitory to live and study in, and is the important component of campus culture construction. Good dormitory cultural environment is not only helpful for students＇ growth and development, but helpful for the formation of good learning style and school spirit. In this article, through analyzing the current situation of higher vocational student dormitory culture, it reveals the positive role of positive dormitory culture for the development of higher vocational students. It also explores relevant problems on how to strengthen the construction of higher vocational dormitory culture from strengthening the construction of management team, giving play to examples, and combining with professional characteristics.
