摘要 用电高峰时段大规模电动汽车随机接入电网,会增加电网负担。因此,引入充电管理系统,对电动汽车充电进行管理。考虑电动汽车充电管理系统的适用性,把充电管理系统应用于居民小区电动汽车充电管理。在充电管理系统,提出采用Multi-Agent系统技术与分时电价充电管理策略相结合的方法。根据Agent技术,设计了管理平台中的Agent。依据分时电价规划了电动汽车起始充电时间。为验证该方法的可行性,在Matlab/Simuink与JADE设计的充电管理平台进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,充电管理系统具有自动充电管理功能,通过有序充电管理可实现减少充电成本及移峰填谷。 The large scale electric vehicles(EV)connected randomly to grid will lead to grid burden especially when using the power at peak time. Therefore, to manage EV charging, charger management system(CMS) is introduced. Considering the applicability of electric vehicle charger management system, the CMS is applied in the electric vehicle charger management for residential area. Under the CMS, multi-agent system(MAS) is combined with tbe charging management strategy of time of use (TOU)power price. According to agent technology, the agent of the management platform is designed. The EV starting charging time is planned based on the TOU power price. Finally, the simulation is can'ied out in Matlab/Simuink and charging management platform designed by JADE, which verifies the feasibility of the method. The simulation results show that the CMS has the function of automatic charging management, and the cost of charging is reduced and peak load shifting is completed by orderly charging management.
