摘要
料场带式输送机卸料车曲线段受到设备本身的限制,凹弧曲线段不能采用通用带式输送机曲线段的设计方法。针对单独凹弧段设计存在满载工况下曲线段过短的问题,提出了采用3段曲线进行尾车曲线段的设计方案。通过变形分析、瞬态动力学分析论证了采用3段曲线设计的优点,给出了曲线设计的限制条件和具体的设计步骤。
The curved section of the discharging itself in material yard. For concave curved section, car of belt conveyor is limited by the equipment it is not suitable to use the design method of common belt conveyor. The curved section of independent concave segment is designed too short in the case of full load. Aiming at this problem, propose a design plan that the curve section of tail car uses three-sec- tion curve. Through deformation and transient dynamics analysis, the advantage of three-section curve design is proved. The limitation condition and specific design step is putted forward.
