An Empirical Study on the Path of Social Credit System Construction——A Case Study of Binzhou City

以滨州市为实证研究对象,客观分析其社会信用体系建设中所存在的社会信用意识淡薄、社会信用法律法规制度不健全、信用信息平台建设滞后、信用服务机构发展滞缓等问题,考察借鉴国外发达国家社会信用体系建设的经验,滨州市社会信用体系建设要进一步健全社会信用法律法规制度体系,加快推进社会信用信息共享平台建设,积极开发信用产品以满足信用市场需求,进一步完善信用教育体系。

Taking Binzhou City as the empirical research object, this paper objectively analyzes theseveral problems existing in the construction of social credit system, such as the weak social creditconsciousness, the imperfection of the social credit laws and regulations, the lagging of credit informationplatform construction, the slow development of credit service institutions, and so on. In inspecting andlearning from the experience of the foreign developed countries on the construction of social creditsystem, it is necessary to put forward the innovation route of social credit system of Binzhou City. Theconstruction of social credit system of Binzhou City should further improve the social credit system oflaws and regulations, accelerate social credit information sharing platform construction, actively developcredit products to meet market demand, and further improve the credit education system.
