摘要 《中国制造2025》指出:基于信息物理系统的智能装备、智能工厂等智能制造正在引领制造方式变革。争取智能制造技术与装备实现突破是《智能制造规划(2016-2020)》的主要内容。从智能制造的发展历史和内涵、信息物理融合系统、数字主线和数字双胞胎、炫工厂4个方面对智能制造进行了详细讨论。对沈阳机床集团的i5智能机床及其终端—网络—云平台进行了剖析,最后对我国如何发展智能制造阐明了作者的观点。 It is pointed out in 《Made in China 2025》that the smart equipment, smart factories and smart manufacturing based on the cyber-physical system will change the manufacturing mode in the future. The main content in 《Program Smart Manufacturing (2016 -2020)》is to achieve some breakthrough in smart manufacturing technology and equipment. In this paper, the smart manufacturing is discussed in detail from four aspects: the history and connotation, the cyber-physical system, the digital thread/digital twin and the brilliant factory. The i5 smart machine tools made in Shenyang Machine Tool Group and its terminal-network-cloud platform con- cept are introduced. Some view points are presented about developing smart manufacturing in China in this paper.
