摘要
数控机床伺服系统响应的滞后影响着回转类非圆曲面零件的廓形精度,而其廓形精度作为该类零件的主要精度指标,对于设备的性能起着至关重要的作用。简单介绍了x-c两轴联动的磨削工作原理;重点介绍了数控机床各伺服轴跟踪位置控制技术和以轮廓误差为直接目标的交叉耦合控制技术现状,并提出了其他影响非圆零件轮廓误差的因素。
The servo-system response lag of NC machine tool affects the contour accuracy of rotary non-circular parts. The contour accuracy, as the main accuracy index of parts plays an important role in evaluating the performance of NC machine tool. This paper briefly introduces the grinding principle of x-c biaxial linkage motions, and lays special stress on the description the status of contro- ling servo system tracking position, and the cross-coupled control technology with the direct target, then proposes the other factors that affect the profile error of rotary non-circular parts.
